During the construction phase, communication is important. That’s why our project foreman is onsite to keep you updated on our progress. If there are any changes or additions that need to be made, our project foreman discusses them with you and ensures they are handled properly. Our customers appreciate having one person on the project who can take them from start to finish to see that their vision comes to life.
Upon completion of the project, we explain the work we have done and make sure you are comfortable with the finished product. We take you on a final walk-through of the project, step by step, and answering any questions you may have. We also provide you with care and maintenance tips to help keep your outdoor living space looking beautiful for years to come.

After your landscaping project is complete, we know there will be questions that come up. That is why we conduct two follow-up visits to be sure we have properly transformed your space.
Two weeks following completion, we visit your new landscaping to see that plants are thriving, grass is growing, and walls, patios and other construction are functioning properly. We also provide you with maintenance tips for your landscape and answer any questions you may have.
We perform a second follow-up meeting approximately one month later. Similar to the first visit, we are there to ensure your continued satisfaction with our work. We choose to follow up on our projects because we are proud of the work we do, and we want to make sure you are proud of it, too!
